A student of Movement in all its forms, I have a particular love of Parkour and Freerunning. Trained as a fitness professional and currently pursuing a masters degree in Human Movement, my goal in life is to find the connections between movement, emotion, and soul.

  1. this is an excellent website for me as an interested beginner in Parkour – thank you

  2. Hey, you may want to check out http://www.nyparkour.com if you haven’t heard of the site. They used to do a lot of jams in and around Philly.
They mostly run stuff up in New York. But there were also a lot of people from central Jersey (Red Bank) and up.
Different people used to hold jams like bi/tri-weekly in Red Bank (it takes me back just thinking about them).
But the scene has been kind of dying- it used to be huge up there like… 4-5 years ago.
You might get some traffic and interest from them and their members if you’d be covering the scene around Philly and South Jersey.

    • I have been there, I’ve actually been a member of NYPK since 2007. I posted up a link to my site on their forums, I just have to link them in my blogroll. Thanks for the tip though.
